Operating on 220 volts, this unit features a powerful 3100-watt main drive or rotational drive servo, alongside a 400-watt feed drive unit. Both boring rotation and feed rate can be adjusted independently, with options for clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. The automatic feed supports both forward and reverse motion. For welding, rotational speed and feed rate are calculated based on bore diameter, offering flexible weld patterns including continuous, sector, and skip weld. The control unit is equipped for remote operation, with wireless remotes available separately (see RCB3100 and RCW3100). Pairs with SDA3100.
